Welcome to the Morgan County R-1 Middle School! MCR1 Middle School is 5th through 8th grade, and we have approximately 260 students. For the 2024-2025 school year we are focusing on having fun being the #1! Our Middle School holds high expectations for all of our students while ensuring students are academically engaged and having fun! At MCR1, our focus is to engage students in a rigorous curriculum through reading, writing, math, social studies, science, and electives. As well as high expectations for the academic journey, we also have many extracurricular and cocurricular activities available for all students as well. Middle School faculty and staff are highly committed to helping all students achieve academically, as well as in other areas, in true Bulldog fashion. By striving for the best, we rise above the rest.
